Introduction

November’s looking busy for Pusher this year.

Business of APIs

We’ll be kicking the month off with the Business of APIs London – a one-day exploration of how successful companies have extended their overall business models via effective API business strategy. The event will take place on the 6th of November and we’re looking forward to being a part of the “What Developers Want” panel.

Compute Midwest Conference + Hackathon

After a successful hackathon Hack the Midwest last year, we’re proud to be supporting Compute Midwest Hackathon, which will be held in Kansas City from the 9th to the 11th of November. Computer Midwest is a true convergence of tech, new people, new ideas and innovation.

Startup Weekend Edinburgh

We’ll be also participating in the Startup Weekend Edinburgh from the 16th to the 18th. Startup Weekend is a global grassroots movement of active and empowered entrepreneurs who are learning the basics of founding startups and launching successful ventures.

Phil is going to be helping out as a coach and we’re also Gold sponsors. We’ll be awarding prizes to both the overall winners and the best use of Realtime within an application or idea.

BBC Connected

On the 21st of November Rich will be helping brainstorm the future of broadcasting experiences with bright sparks at the BBC. This month the team will be focusing on sports coverage.

NxtGenUG

Also, on the 21st Rich will be giving a talk introducing .NET developers at the NxtGenUG to Pusher. Come along if you’re in the Manchester area and would like to know more.

Salzburg University

Finally, we’ll be visiting Salzburg, Austria on the 26th-27th, where Phil will be running the Realtime Workshop at Salzburg University of Applied Sciences.

We look forward to seeing you this November!
