Our support forum is the best place to get help by searching and exploring our knowledge base or asking a question. Please be sure to provide as much information as possible so that we have the best chance of being able to answer you with the most relevant information as quickly as possible.

StackOverflow

StackOverflow is a great source of information - you’ve probably noticed if you’ve ever Googled a technical question.

We encourage the use of StackOverflow for questions related to Pusher in combination with other technologies, or if you have a question about how to achieve a specific use case with Pusher that we don’t already cover in our tutorials.

So, if you’d like to try to get your question answered by the StackOverflow community why not have a look at Pusher tagged questions or dive straight in and raise your Pusher question there.

Email

We’re more than happy for you to get in touch via support@pusher.com. But please be aware that we will prioritise questions that come in via the forum.

Feedback

We want to hear your feedback and you can provide it through the support forum or if it’s short and sweet you can get us on Twitter.
