The Team
Max Williams (Co-Founder, CEO)
Max's background is in managing the development company New Bamboo, which he has done alongside Damien for the past 5 years. He has a wealth of experience in identifying new technologies, and getting projects delivered.
His role in Pusher is in overseeing the product development, and being the voice of the company on Twitter and the blog. This also means that he is often the first support-monkey you will talk to!
Damien Tanner (Co-Founder)
Damien has similar experience to Max as co-founder of New Bamboo and a developer/designer hybrid.
His core aim working alongside Max is to drive the creation of valuable partnerships as well as coordinating Pusher's marketing campaigns. If you're at a tech conference, look out for him in the crowd!
Martyn "Jazzman" Loughran - CTO
Martyn Loughran heads up the technical side of Pusher. He has had an instrumental role in designing the scalable system we have today.
Previous experience comes from being a technical lead in large asynchronous and scalable web systems. Martyn is passionate about evented programming and speaks and blogs about this topic when he has a spare moment.
Phil Leggetter - Developer Evangelist
Phil has been working with realtime technologies for over 10 years and has a true passion for the realtime web and customer service.
His focus at Pusher is to engage and work with Pusher customers to make using our realtime service as easy as possible, and to continue to help others understand and use realtime technologies.
Mary Rose Cook - Engineer
Mary hacks, makes music and does political things. Recently, she released Pistol Slut, a JavaScript game, and 10997, an EP.
Daniel Waterworth - Engineer
Daniel is working on making Pusher even faster and even more scalable.
He has a keen interest in distributed systems and has a reputation for tackling difficult problems.
Paweł Ledwoń - Engineer
Paweł helps us deliver your messages faster and even more reliably than ever. Before joining Pusher, Paweł had been designing systems used by multi-million audiences.
When not programming, he indulges his passion for motorsport: spending countless hours training his skills in Gran Turismo, going karting, and doing anything that could help him race the real thing.
